The fdeploy.log is used for Troubleshooting Issues with Folder Redirection.
Location of the Folder Redirection log file - %windir%\debug
Registry Location - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Diagnostics
Registry Setting - Add the REG_DWORD value “fdeployDebugLevel” and set it to 0×0F
